Powder coated Wood
Powder coated wood tables are an excellent source for outdoor and indoor restaurant applications. The tables are made with a 1 1/8” high density fiberboard for indoor use and 1” thick treated high density fiberboard for outdoor use. An epoxy base powder is used for indoor use and a polyester based powder is used for outdoor to eliminate fading or warping outdoors. Through a special low temperature curing powder coat material, the powder is electrostatically applied to the fiberboard and baked into the pores of the wood, making for a bond that results in a very durable table finish.
